Southern Rail Kenley batted first and lost two early wickets due to the incisive bowling of Marley Bygrave. Gordon Edwards scored 13 but was out twice and Connor hit a powerful 10 and Kenley finished on 248 from their allotted overs. Newdigate's fielding was well ordered and Ollie Turner took a good catch. That boy, Bygrave, dominated the batting with a well struck 29 and Frankie Shipton and George Warne saw Newdigate safely home to a narrow three run victory.
