Newdigate U13 100-3 vs. Felbridge 69-8

This was a well disciplined victory from a much improving Newdigate team

Asked to bat first all five front line batsmen contributed but it was the partnership of Will Roberts (17 no) and Brandon Williams (16 no) which enabled Newdigate to reach a decent total of 100. J. Gill was Felbridge's best bowler with 2-11.

In reply, Felbridge's two openers fell for ducks to the bowling of Charlie Wyllie and Roberts.  L.Taylor batted very skillfully in compiling 30 no out but he did not get any support from his team mates and Felbridge closed on 69-8 from their 20 overs. Will Roberts took 2-7 , Christian Parsons 2-5 and Joe Teague bowled a double wicket maiden in a very tight bowling performance.
